It's truly lacks vision and forthrightness.

It's a long term fix to a short term problem.

Frankly, there was maybe 1 legislator out of 180 (Dems, GOP, Prog, or Ind) who thought this was a good idea.

And after what happened in the financial market - oh well, who knows how long the money would flow!
