7) Highest dissapproval ever for an American president.

Well, given the fact that the Gops controlled Congress for over six and a half of the more than eight and a half years between the comparatively-unsuccessful 2/28/93 attack and the disastrous 9/11/01 attacks, unfortunately, their role was limited.

Of course, given the fact that Reagan having a Gop Senate for his first 6 years didn't prevent the '83 Beirut Barracks Bombing which killed 241 US Military Personnel and Clinton and a Dem Congress succeeded in catching and bringing to justice the perps of the comparatively-unsuccessful 2/28/93 WTC attack while McVeigh, the Embassy Bombings and the Cole along with the 9/11/01 Attacks all took place with a gop-controlled Congress, the Dem's role in the eight and a half year period between WTC attacks, while limited, was far more effective than gop efforts.

So, given the fact that the first WTC attack on 2/28/93 was 5 weeks into Clinton's first term as President after 12 Deficit-filled/Arms for Hostages Tradin'/Iran-Contra lyin'/Beirut-Barracks Bombin' years of the Reagan/Bush Debacle and the gops controlled Congress for the last six of Clinton's eight years in office along with the first six of this schmuck's 8 year reign of error and they allowed little to no input from the Dem Minority as the constantly sought to tie Clinton's hands at every opportunity, the Dem Minority in Congress didn't have the opportunity to play much of a role in dealing with the threat posed by bin laden or the gops.

Then again, given the fact that the '93 WTC Attack failed to bring down the WTC, was limited to six casualties, resulted in the arrest, conviction and incarceration of Yamzi Youseff and his fellow perps, clearly, what they did do was considerably more effective than gop efforts.

Of course, there's no evidence that Clinton ignored persistent warnings of Al Qaeda activity from Dick Clarke or failed to cut his vacation short while ignoring an 8/6/01 PDB advising that al qaeda/bin laden were determined to attack inside the US and that he might use commercial aircraft to do so a full five weeks before the 9/11/01 attacks, but, as always, if your ignorant, ill-informed, delusional-dreck spewin' ass has evidence to the contrary, feel free to cough it up and present it, little fella.
