Sanders on NPR

Anybody catch Sen. Bernie Sanders on National Public Radio this morning? The topic was global warming, and Sanders was quoted saying anybody'd have to be a "moron" not to be concerned about climate change. Yes, folks, this is not your typical senator.
- Terri Hallenbeck

Comments:
I guess it means Sanders was a moron congressman.

takes one to know one

Interesting - so I'm a moron because climinate change and global warming is not an issue that I am deeply concerned about?

As one of the elite 100, Sanders... you need to be MORE accepting and willing to tolerate other points of view. Bashing people because they disagree isn't going to do it.

For the non-morons here-

If you missed the Sunday New York Times Magazine, the Mark Leibovich piece is a long read, but well worth it:

Dick Cheney has used more offensive language on the floor of the Senate.

Calling someone a moron for ignoring science is nothing.
